Alex and Daniel got married at the beautiful Hogarths Hotel in Solihull in early spring and although not too sunny it was warm enough for a lovely outdoor ceremony. They had a post war sweetheart theme for their day and some of their guest’s costumes and outfits were fantastic. Although local to me this was the first wedding I had photographed at Hogarths and I was really impressed with the venue and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, thanks Ellie and team!
Alex and Daniel were a super couple to work with, friendly, easy going and with a playful nature they really made it a pleasure to capture their day. Alex looked beautiful in her Justin Alexander wedding dress and the venue looked stunning with all the bridal and table flowers provided by Lisa Flowers Floral Design in Dorridge.
Some of the photography highlights from this wedding for me include the portraits of Alex and Daniel’s two lovely children, Aidan and Sasha, the abstract close up of the champagne glass stems, the reflection of Alex in the picture frame, the loads of super couple portraits I managed to get of the happy bride and groom along with all the cool dance floor action.
I hope you enjoy looking through this small selection of the wedding photography from Alex and Daniel’s day. When finished have a look at some of my other Real Weddings (link above) or have a browse through my favourite wedding photos here.
